Can I use this?

I'm putting a new model 350 in my truck with a turbo 400 transmission. I bought the transmission and was told it was a fresh rebuild, it appears to be. It came with a converter but I don't know much about it. I found the number 23807S on it. I think it's a turbo action stall converter. I don't know anything about this. The motor was a stock rebuild except for the 270 magnum comp cam and a noisy gear drive. Can I use this stall?

This appears to be the same one I have:

Thanks for any help you guys can give me.
