Radios For Our Trucks

I looked at that RestoSound radio because it's $300 and isn't offered in a format that has a CD player and the USBs don't work with an Ipod...does any one know of any modern radios that fit our stock radio hole because I don't want to cut my dash....or does anyone have any pics of a good under the dash radio setup? my old 72 had one in it but it was GHETTO!! looked shoddy hopefully somebody has advice

Re: Radios For Our Trucks

Have you got the stock radio? There are a couple of guys in Florida that will rip the guts out of your existing radio, and make the old AM radio an AM/FM with RCA outs to connect your IPOD. Looks stock and sounds waaay better.

I got these two names from :
www.antiqueautoradio.com

Gary Payman 941-371-8924
Dave Frazee 800-880-1409

Have not done business with either, but have talked to Gary. Seems ok on the phone

Re: Radios For Our Trucks

Frizzle Fry modded a stock radio to accept an MP3 player a while back. It takes a little know-how; here's the link:
