He'll realize it too when it never sells or gets any bids. And since it's a lwb step-side, he'll be lucky to get 4K out of it.

Re: look at this

Maybe the guy was like me...when I went to get my truck tranfered and licensed, I didn't have a bill of sale (I paid $242 through ebay), so she looked it up and spit out a value of $14-thousand...I offered to anyone they could have it right now for $5000. No takers!!! I'm tracking down the guy I bought it from to get a bill of sale

Wow talk about bringing back memories. I had disc brakes on the back of mine. I heard after I got rid of it ...that it was a rare option.

Re: look at this

I'm 37 and I have never seen one of those...I guess I'm living a sheltered life.

Is that a shifter? Looks like it could make sudden stops kinda risky!!!

If you're only 37, they are way before your time. My Dad is 51, and he had one when he was a kid!!

Re: look at this

Well...that truck would go for around $2500 here in Texas....and that would be on a good day cause it's a long bed.

Very cool bikes BTW.....I've seen the Orange Crate but not the Pea Picker. I'm 51 and remember them well.

Re: look at this

Heck I gave $700 for a '70 fleetside in similar condition and drove it home without even test driving it first...
