ignition problem help me
when i turn the key to on the truck starts and the key hasnt even been switched to start. why is that?
the trucks starts by it self why? help me asap! |

could be a messed up ignition switch or harness under the dash melted (plugged into the ignition switch)
We can pretty much rule out a messed up starter or the purple wire bumped the battery wire on the starter just becouse it stops when you turn the ignition switch to off. |

i had just bought the ignition too, it was only 8 bucks at the local autozone.
it was a universal switch thats probly why it broke! |

Take it back after inspecting the plug on the back side. |
