If the 71-72 set comes with everything needed to work, do they include the dash THROTTLE piece(plastic piece to go behind the knobs on the dash)? Will ya do 75.00 shipped?

Husker, I'll do 75 shipped and yes the throttle piece is there. I believe everything is there for the 71-72 as it has the pedal, cable, and throttle piece.
