Question front end swap

I am going to change my 72 lwb disc brakes 5 lug to my 69 swb drum 6 lug i have all of that clear but will the rear match up to change from 6 lug to 5 lug axles the 69 is a 3:73 posi i dont know what the 72 is. What came common ont the 72. I did the test where you rotate the rear wheel and watch the drive shaft it only turn twice.

If it was a V8 truck it would most likly have a 3.07 rear. A standard ratio would depend on what engine came in the truck.
