The good, the bad, and the F***

So Tuesday I ended the search for my new car/truck. At first I thought I was going to have to sell the 75 to help pay for something. But things turned out ok (upsides and downsides)

So the good news is I get to keep the C-10, and will still be working on it atleast untill it is prepped and my friend paints it early next year. Then I have to try to recoup some of the price of this new truck :\ It was fun while it lasted.

The bad is that it will be going on non-op untill then since insurance for me driving two vehicles is a bit much, expecially since my new truck is going down as a Hi-Performance vehicle. But I will be able to get alot more done not having to worry about being able to drive it at the end of the day.

And now for the F***. I was originally looking for a 67-72 truck, when I found a little post on craigslist. Well one thing led to another. My search ended with a 95 F*** Lightning. The truck was too clean, and the price was right, but what made me break was the handling of this truck. Now I know... Its a F*** but I couldn't pass this one up. PLEASE FORGIVE ME!!!

Just wanted to let you know that I will be sticking around here for some time still. I appreciate all of the help I get from you guys/gals on here. The information on this forum is priceless.

Thanks for everything,
Jared

Haha. Yeah. It was too good to pass up. I am just glad that it worked out so I could still work (even if I can't drive it) on the C-10. Maybe at the end of this I could just sell the F*** and keep the C-10 if it comes out how I want.

After driving all of my friends cars, parents, cousins, etc... Then driving my truck, and now driving this lightning. the handling is like night and day. The lightning beats them all. I was amazed. Oh it also has working A/C

Keep the 75, you will need something to pull the Phord when it breaks for no apparent reason. This one should look familiar to you.. Although its a 92, there is no info on them and OBDII wont help. Not sure if the Phord is worth getting running again, maybe I should part it instead.
