not too shabby!
I always wanted to try my hand at that... but too scared.
How long did it take you? First try at this?

Re: Seat cover came today!!

well to be honest im not sure on exact time it took as i was taking breaks from the chrysler but i would say prolly 2hrs total. the screws holding the back to the bottom are a PITA to remove other than that it went very smooth. i let the covers sit outside for a few hrs while i worked on the car, that way the covers were very soft

Tip on removing the screws from the sides.. ( take 2 large craftsman philips head screwdrivers and weld the in a cross pattern) gives you great leverage also spray some PB blaster on them and let it sit for about 30mins ahead of time

Another idea for removing screws is a impact driver. It has different screw head bits and what you do is hit it with a hammer and it applies twisting force impact. Or some of the screw drivers have a hex lug on them up by the handle so you can get a wrench on them.

they do have one without any scrolling, it has larger spacing between the pleats tho.
