Re: my 82 pics

I'd drive it. I wish i had started with one like that. I paid a premium price for a clean, running truck, then spent a lot of money replacing everything anyway.

Re: my 82 pics

ok the wheels on that black truck ARE street stars...... and the tires on that black truck are 295-50-15's so they are actually wider then the size you posted up. just giving some clearification on that black truck.

however they dont make them in a 5x5 lug pattern anymore.

and those on Jeg's only come in a 5x4.5 and 5x4.75, NO 5x5.

and weld doesn't make the Prostar's in a 5x5 either so.......look around used and ebay. i found a set of the street stars used i'm going to be getting soon.

Re: my 82 pics

I am a bit consused on exactly which wheel you want, but ARE does not make the Street Star. Cragar makes the Street Star wheel

Re: my 82 pics

they "are" cragar street stars.......not the brand ARE, i was putting that as in that the cragar street stars is what is on the truck.....re-read it again.

and yes they are cragar street stars......cragar center caps, part number the whole nine yards.

you will have to find them used or on ebay, they no longer make them in the a 5x5 lug pattern.

gotcha on the tires. i'm getting my tires next week from discount tire. i'm going with a 295-50-15. i have a set on my truck now, you should come by and check em out and see if you like the width on em.

Re: my 82 pics

If you're talking about my truck (the second one) on that link. Then, to clarify (mostly for you 85SBC400, because I assume the ones you're talking about getting are those off of that truck). They are Cragar Street Stars and the tires are 275/60/15. The wheels on the white flamed truck are prostars, and I can't speak for the first black truck, but I think they are street stars also. Cragar Street Stars are no longer available from Summit in a 5x5.
