i am listing this for a co worker. he bought this a while ago and was going to put it in a camaro, which he has sold. the block was bored 30 over, crankshaft polished, heads rebuilt.new pistons. it needs camshaft and timing chain. no exhaust manifolts or motor mounts.i havent seen it , he says it only has the crankshaft installed, and needs finished. he says he packed it in grease to keep it from rusting.casting numbers are: rear of block 3999290 e-1971 gmt 7 ;front pass side on deck ce 250295; heads 3931063. i only have acess to a computer on weekends. you can call him at 573-808-3809 home or 573-684-2011 cell. his name is steve. he's asking $1500 obo. no shipping, may consider delivering up to 3 hours away.

update; new price $1000 firm. casting date is e 19 71, i ran the block casting number its a 402 2 bolt main, he said someone told him it was out of a pick up. but its not confirmed.he has more then this much money in the machine work and new pistons and rings, also includes a new cam kit. its a mid range performance cam. engine is bored .040 over not .030 over. the pistons have a slight dome. the crank,rods,pistons are installed. heads have been rebuilt and mildly polished.the only other pieces are a stock oil pan, chrome oil pan and a chome timing chain cover.
