Converted another one

Check out what I got done this weekend I picked this 69 in feb and its been sitting ever since. My 4x4 is almost done so I decided to start in on this one.
I still havent decided how far Im going to go with this one I should sell it, because my wife hates that I have 3 of the same truck. What should I do

Re: Converted another one

Kinda hard to tell from the pics, but are you saying you converted it from 4x4 to 2wd in a weekend? If so, my hats off to you - that is impressive.

I think you ought to keep it - 3 is a good number!

Re: Converted another one

Is that the one from Craigslist for like $600?? I love them all, BTW you don't have a spare single walled top do ya?? I need a nice rust free tub does it have one, I can get it from you if it is a single wall and no rust in the tub, as I have an OE 2wd 72 that is missing top and has some rust??? Looks Nice, man I miss Tucson (lived there for 20+ years).

It took me about a total of 8 hours to get this far I still have a couple loose ends like front brake lines and cutting off front perches but its 90% done.

Re: Converted another one

Well, I saw one (4X for like $600) on craigslist a few months back and this one looked like it (I was really asking if YOU bought this one off of craigslist??) I might be interested in it but only for the tub, maybe sell the frame/tub seperate?? Or keep an eye out for me for a good tub and single walled top?? Which side of Tucson are you on (east-side I was going to guess with the background??) I lived down town when I first moved there (22nd and Columbus) went to Naylor Jr High then Rincon, then moved over to the NW side and graduated from Mountain View HS 90, then graduated from U of A in 95 and have been in and around AZ/TX since then, now I am up on the Navajo Rez. I miss the cars and the setting of Tucson, but not the heat!! Tanque Verde falls, monsoons, the desert calls for me, and come to visit ever couple of months since my mom still lives there.
