Re: help with air baggs please
Minitruck. Did somebody say minitruck? Like everyone else said you'll need a step notch, or some other form of surgery to lay flat on the ground.

Re: help with air bags please
Well I understand. So your saying that if you have a truck on air that gets low... or have had a S-10 series or ranger or dakota etc... that your a mini trucker? I think thats profiling if you call someone a mini trucker just cuz of what they drive/drove or build.

Re: help with air bags please
i'm not sure what Shane meant, but i don't think you should take offense.
sure if you are building minis for customers, you aren't necessarily a mini trucker, but if you build them for you, or drive them or specialize in building them (not saying that is you, just everything you posted were minis) then why would you not be a mini trucker. you are on here for a reason, i would speculate and hope it is because you like General motors, and not to stir up s**t. so maybe you aren't a mini trucker we all kid around, and sometimes it is hard to tell through a computer screen sorry to the O.P. hijack over

Re: help with air bags please
Wow this thread is all over the place! Sorry Frisco Kid.
And yes I agree, if you drive one of those minis posted, you are indeed a mini-trucker. And profiling? What is this, Reno 911?

Re: help with air bags please
i hear ya,
from the looks of what you posted, i wouldn't associate hack jobs or POS to your work. there are plenty of full size and classic hacks out there, it isn't limited to minis Riveted1, that is one funny cop smiley oh and I'm still waiting for pics from ya, Frisco Kid

Re: help with air bags please
This is true. I have had several hacks come to me wanting to be rebuilt. I just tell them there better off to sell it and start over. We charge more to fix a ride then to do it right the first time. And people dont see that. People think all you need is a Crescent Wrench and a saw zal to bag a truck anymore. If fabricating was easy everyone would do it. And it appears most people are trying. lol.
And thanks for the support on the work. I have to give credit to my partner Ryan tho. He is my lead fabricator. And were in business together. Apologize for hijacking this thread.

Re: help with air bags please
Alrighty, we got thread jacking galore going on here and in the middle of it y'all have nothing better to do than start name calling?
I "think" the OP got what he came for and now knows he needs a "step notch" not just a "C-notch" if he's going to lay frame. I think the rest of you knuckle heads need to lighten up and remember there once was a time that you were new at this game, and several of you (me included) probably owned a mini-truck too.

Re: help with air bags please
Since this thread has gone way off i'd just like to proudly raise my hand and be counted as a mini-trucker. Into bigger/better things now but I know where my roots are.
