I think I messed up!!!!!!!!!!!!

I replaced toeboards on both sides. Now when I try to bolt in my innerfender brace, drivers side, my original top bolt holes don't line up (see pics). I am afraid to drill new holes for fear the front sheetmetal won't fit right. Any suggestions?

Re: I think I messed up!!!!!!!!!!!!

hard to see what your doing from the picts. you may want to install the front sheet metal before you bolt this up. can't you drill these after you've answered the alignment question?

Re: I think I messed up!!!!!!!!!!!!

I say bolt the mount to the inner fender first, then bolt the inner fender to the outer fender and then see where the bolts line up on the cab to the outer fender. And then see If you can mark where the holes need to be. If you'd like I could go get some measurement for you as my truck is apart at the moment and I can easily get to the mounting holes. I have a 52 just for the record.
