Anyone know what part this is?

Came off a 70 1/2 ton C-10. Truck has 3 speed on the column, and manual steering and brakes.

Re: Anyone know what part this is?

It is an idle up solenoid. They were used to bump the idle up when a/c was turned on. I would think a 3 on the tree truck would not have come with one. The donor car/truck the engine in your truck might have had one.
