does anyone know an easy way to get this sucker in? doesn't look easy without completely removing everything and going in from behind instead of through the glove box opening.

There is no easy way to go those in. You just work them in from the front. That's what I have done.

just need to remove glove door with hinge scrunch up the brand new liner and give it a mighty shove and it goes in from the front and you'll find then it fits like a glove

Unbolt the 2 bolts that hold the side of the dash to the quarters then cut the metal on front edge of the dash behind the dash pad. Remove the dash and install the glove box then reinstall the dash!!! hehehehe
Or, fold and stuff the cardboard box into it's hole. Originals almost always fall apart so you may as well plan on getting a new one that isn't dried out. Sorry but no easy way and no plastic reproductions available!!(:<)

Yep just unbolt the door and stuff it in from the front.

i had to cut my new glovebox liner... but then i got a vintage air kit and it comes with a plastic one that's half as deep and i don't remember how it went in but it was just as painful
