Hey Scott. That 62 is really coming along. Looks great. And Camaro Thunder, You think you can get that truck any lower? LOL! That thing is awsome. These trucks look so cool I almost wanna slam mine. A buddy photoshoped this pic of my truck. I think it looks pretty darn cool like that.

Re: Calling all Scraper's: post pics
I have thought about it. I just dont have all the tools I really need at this time. Or the funds. Mabey in the future. Right now I'm just trying to scrape up enough cash to slap some paint on it after the body work is finally complete.

Yap, he cut all the rockers off so the door would be on the ground. He is going to cut the seat so it under the window. And this is body not frame making that, the frame is up 4" from the body.

I know its not a chevy, but its my daily scraper (BTW its static dropped)
Before I ran into a ditch & hit a raccoon, the front apron was prolly about an inch an a half off the ground |

Re: Calling all Scraper's: post pics
SCOTI, the drop consists of: a combination of inner & outer splines in the rear that is prolly somewhere close to 2 outer splines, & the front beam I narrowed 4 1/2" no shocks, 2 1/2" drop spindles & torsion adjusters
The front tires are 145/65R15s & the rears in the pic where 195/65R15s, but now I have 185/65R15s & like em better The wheels are Ansen Sprints, that I painted black bagged69c10, I dont remember your car what color was it ??? I miss that group of VW peeps, but derrick & some other A-holes messed it up for everybody I just got pulled over for "being too low"... I wanted to laugh at the cop & tell him there is no such thing & that Ima go home right now & LOWER IT MORE !!! Last edited by Spray-Bomb; 09-10-2008 at 11:21 PM. |

Re: Calling all Scraper's: post pics
This is the only pic I had. It wasn't anything special. I only paid $600 for it. Your bug kicks ass. I would kill to have an oval ragtop.
