Springfield, Ohio swap meet
Went to the swap meet in Springfield today. Lots of neat stuff to be had. Found a set of buddy buckets for $100.00 . Everything is there, works good, needs recovered.( Don't they all?) Only thing is though, I think they're for a Dodge? Would it matter? If I can get GM seat covers for them, who'd know? Do the buddy bucket seat covers have the scrolls in them? Hafta check into that. Life is good. Time for a cool one. Sorry, no pics yet.

Re: Springfield, Ohio swap meet
All in all that sounds like a very good price.

Re: Springfield, Ohio swap meet
Dan, the same company that made the buddy buckets for our trucks made them for the Dodge's as well.
Frame is all the same i am pretty sure. A few guys here will know more. You got a great deal on it any way you see it.

Re: Springfield, Ohio swap meet
I thought so, but wasn't sure. The only thing not there, is the backstop for the center seat.

Re: Springfield, Ohio swap meet
Frame is not the same. Look on ebay, you might be able to see some pics. The seats are pretty close and will bolt to the Chevy frame. 67 Dragtruck is using a Dodge seat in his truck.

Re: Springfield, Ohio swap meet
Jamie72, I looked for you and Huck. I knew that you guys went all the time. Guess I missed you this year? Did you have a booth set up this year? Been looking for those seats for quite some time. Have everything I need for a bench seat, and bought some buckets w/console a few months ago. Now, I have to get rid of them, so I can use the money to fix the buddy buckets. Glad ya didn't get them. If ya'll had a booth, I sure did miss ya. Ah well, maybe next time?

Re: Springfield, Ohio swap meet
Apperantly my wife deleted the pics of the seats I got off of her camera. Here's some pics of a set just like mine listed on ebay.
