I always had a soft spot for 69's. It was the year I was born,plus dad had a 69 c10 2wd that he bought new that I grew up with.

i have a soft spot for 69s myself, my parents bought a 69 CST short fleet brand new and my love for 67-72s was born-- even though i was in the 5th grade. in 70 my dad got a brand new short stepside 4x4. then in 72 , two of our neighbors and one uncle all bought new 4x4s. a buddy of mine has one of the neighbors' trucks and i have my uncles' 72 cheyenne K/20, plus a few more.
that is one nice truck you have, two thumbs up.

Yes it is a K/10 but the truck still have "C/10" badges on the Fenders...it's an original 4x4 Vin# starts with KE1...and so on...about the only thing that isn't stock on the truck is the wheels and the 283 engine that the guy I bought it from dropped into the truck because the 307 was shot...I heard they were notoriously unreliable but this is just what I heard...not an expert by any means...

I was raised with a 70 blazer. Loved it. When my dad died his wife gave it to my nephew who did a little customizing to it. He then gave it to my other nephew who is taking it back to its original sweet form!
