I was able to get a good look at that truck while down at Chip Fooses Overhaulin studio. It is way nicer than those pictures would even indicate. It is flat amazing what those guys can do in just one week; I was way skeptical until I got an up close personal view of some of their cars. Ive been working on my project for at least 4 years and am just now starting to reassemble it.
I guess it helps to have about forty experienced experts that know how to work together.

I saw the show when they were building it, it brought a tear to my eye

Too bad they canceled the show. I was hoping Chip Foose would Overhaul one of my trucks. I love his work and would loved to have met him because everything I've heard about him is that he's a really nice guy. Of course TLC wouldn't really let him do any vehicles outside of CA even though I read where he wanted to.
