1976 w/ Factory Buckets?

Hey guys its been a while since I've been around but I have an in on a 1976 Cheyenne It is blue and white two tone paint is rough but no rust. Factory tilt, air, buckets and console still intact although will need to be redone. Only thing I dont like is the simulated wood dash and door panels no offense to anyone with this setup. Short bed fleetside no power windows or locks but thats an easy add on. 350 rebuilt with 15k rebuilt trans with 3k all this for 2,500. Should I jump on it for that price sorry no pics.

Re: 1976 w/ Factory Buckets?

It's raining factory buckets down here second find in 3 weeks. The other guy got funny about me taking pictures of the truck before I bought it. But I talked him down to 2000. The guy was honest and told me it had 900 in DMV fees this put it out of the affordability range for me. But I found this one no motor or tranny but has p/w p/l a/c tilt factory buckets with console1977 Silverado. This guy wants 1000 OBO. What do you think good buy or pass. Are the seat covers correct material? I thought they only came in vinyl.

It really depends on the rest of the trucks condition. The interior looks pretty clean, so I will assume the truck is too. I would offer 800.00 and see what he says.

Those do appear to be the correct seats, but they have been recovered. They did not offer buckets in cloth that I am aware of, and I am sure that is not original.

They should look like this-

Re: 1976 w/ Factory Buckets?

Yeah, it looks like the seats and console came from a 70-72 truck

Re: 1976 w/ Factory Buckets?

$250?! Damn!!

FYI - unless you go with aftermarket PW/PL, you aren't going to be able to put those features in your '76 doors....not with OEM parts anyways.

Yeah, 250!?!?! DAMN!! I wish I could touch original rustfree metal for anywhere near that price. It's hard to find a good pair of doors or fenders around here for that. Very nice score, it needs some work but trim and drivetrain are the easy stuff.
