a few questions...

hey guys, ive been lookin at a 69 c10, that if i get, i plan to bag. it has coil springs all around. i get how the front bags go in and how they hook up. but the rear im a little confused. the bag goes where the coils are now, same mounting holes and everthing. but would i need to have any kind of 4 link set-up? so if anyone could help me post pics if u got them.

Re: a few questions...

hey neighbor!

a four link would be the hot ticket, but you can use the stock arms. you'll have to drill a hole through the frame to clear the air line that exits the top of the bag. you will need to "c" notch and finally, getting it real low will mean a bit of bed clearance above the rear end.

Re: a few questions...

depends on what the goal is. If you just want adjustable ride, a comefortable ride, and the ability tohaul some weight, then there's no need for a 4 link a c notch or anything, just put bags in place of the rear springs with the mods needed for the air lines.
If you want to lay frame, then see the above replys
