White lithium grease question

Is this the stuff to use on the window regulators and in the channel that the windows roll up and down on? I have it in an aerosol can.

That stuff works great for the window regulators, door latch assy's inside the door, door hinges, and things like that. Don't know if I'd put any on the window channels though. Ya might want to use some silicone spray(?) on the window channels. It's clear and won't show when the window is up. Just my $.02.

OhioDan has some good suggestions. For window channels, I'd use silicone spray. White Lithium in tubes is good for lubing rub points, like on the backing plates for drum brake shoes, etc.
