Corvette Suspension in 1966

I've been searching but couldn't find any info. I want to put a C4 (85-87) ifs and irs under my 66 C20. There are tons of companies that make kits for the 54-59 and the same ones make kits for the 67-72. So the 60-66 must be the bastard, step-child. Can the Flat Out kits be used in the 66? How different are the frames (width or rails, width hub to hub of front, rear etc.) Thanks in advance for your many responses, and if there's already a thread on please direct me.

Re: Corvette Suspension in 1966

check out www.porterbuiltstreetrods.com I'm pretty sure both his regular and C4 cross-member kits go all the way back to 1960 and all the way up to 1987. You will never find a better contact in the automotive industry. I have purchased a few of the products from him and cust. service/ after sale care are second to none. You can also get lots of info in the suspension forum as he's a regular poster here and a site supporting vendor.

I'm using the FlatOut Engineering kit for the front and waiting for him to finish the kit up for the rear.
