snapped this in tucson today while chasing a lead on a 68 charger.also see the 6? 4x4 4 door i found as well that i posted in the 60-66 threads.

You gotta love Tucson! When I was stationed there (at DM) another airman found and bought a '36 Chevy 4-dr from a little old lady for $100. This was in '69. My room mate bought a '56 BMW 1-cylinder motorcycle for the same price. I found a '38 GMC for 50 bucks.
Reason for saying this is that the desert air is kind to this old iron and it's out there is you just look. The tires on my GMC were petrified. Rubber was hard as it could be. When I went to put new tires on the wheels, there was no air in the tire/tube. Couldn't tell by looking at it. 8-ply tires in the AZ desert sun and you don't need no stinkin' air!
