I had an older pioneer head unit...
I pulled an older pioneer head unit out of my truck..gonna get a new one...will the 'wiring' harness from the old radio work..will it plug right in to the new radio? thanks, John

Depends on how old the unit is. The new one will come with a new wiring harness.

most of the times yes i had an old pioneer in my car like 5-6 years old i just unhooked the cd player and hooked the new one in didn't change the harasses at all

...as long as you buy another pioneer...i know its common sence but i had to through that in. sometimes companies will change a wire or two or add another wire for something. as long as it fits and its pioneer to pioneer you'll be fine. if you buy an kenwwood or alpine and it fits it prob will smoke a little too...
