Yeah, I'd say he looks happy! Great story and great photos!
I lived for three years up Highway 33 (Top of Philpott Road in Joe Rich) and loved the snow. Sure miss it sometimes. Bill.

Re: so we went out to get a tree today....
You have a couple of very nice trucks. I love 67's that work and I especially like the lights on the bumper in front....sharp!
My first vehicle was a 1970 Scout ll hardtop....sure wish I still had that one. I could outclimb ALL my friends who had Blazers and Broncos...they hated me.

Re: so we went out to get a tree today....
I wish I could take my daughters out in my truck, but down here they have to be in car seats and I don't have three point belts (yet). Looks like you had fun, if I lived there I would go out every weekend and get another tree (maybe a few for the neighbors). Great truck too, nice to see one sitting up high instead of dragging on the ground.

Good Times! I miss that part of living up North. Not too many Christmas trees growing down here.

Re: so we went out to get a tree today....
Great story! The last time I had a Blue Spruce for a Christmas tree was when I was a kid living in Castle Rock, Colorado and My Dad bought one in a pot. We planted it in our field and I got a look at it in 2007 and it was about 18' tall. Good memories; your boy will remember everything. Merry Christmas!

Re: so we went out to get a tree today....
Our first Christmas that we were back in CO, we wanted to get a real Christmas tree so we went with a friend up to his property to cut down our own trees. For some reason, the wife didn’t think these pictures would have made as a neat Christmas card as I did.
