Tires - will this setup fit my ´69? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

This may has been a subject before, but I´m kinda slow here...

It´s a short step, will be lowered with 2,5" spindles, 1" front spring, 5" rear.
All with parts from ECE. I would like the tires to fill out, but not rub.

Is 17x10" to wide, should I go for 8"?

Tires are 285x50x17
