Best way to ship a grill?
I need to ship a 69 grill but the size makes it really close to the limits by ups and fedex, theres only about 1" over on each deminsion to go over so finding a carton would be almost impossible, How have you done it?

I made a box by cutting two cardboard boxes apart and stapling as needed. Otherwise get some large pieces of cardboard and make your own. The box dimensions came out just under UPS limits.

Rob, I shipped a 67-68 chevy grill to Calif. for $40 through UPS, it was the same price to Florida also, thought I had it sold there. I just put cardboard all around it and taped the heck out of it. Good luck Randy
