67 stepside for $150 on CL not mine

http://pensacola.craigslist.org/pts/977857526.html
I'm going to take a look at it, guy lives only a few streets away. Says it was a farm truck and has some rust, but runs.

Sounds like it could be a steal. Go take a look and let us know how it turns out.

Re: 67 stepside for $150 on CL not mine

Went and looked. Too much rust, not a single body/bed piece without holes.
It did have a nice intact small back window, actually all the glass is good, even vent windows. Has a straight 6 that runs.
Not much else, poor guy is hard up, he needs $. Wish the front clip was good I would have bought it.

Not to me. I have an 86, was just looking for my next project, maybe the 67-72 crowd might find it worth $150, but I really don't think so. Unless you could crush it for more?

The frame and title are worth that.
There are plenty of parts, even the rusted ones to make up the $150.00
Spring Cups, trailing arms, misc trim, etc. etc, etc.
Go on get it, you know we all want parts.

The bad thing is, if I bought the rust bucket, I would definitely have another project.
I still have to get the rearend done in my 86, still skating on thin ice w/ the wife about that.
I'm sure a lot of you guys know what that is like.
