292 combos

I have a 292 and 2 tranny/ transfer combos
one is in my 67 chassis , its a SM 420 with a T221
the one i got with the 292 is a SM 465 with a T221
what would the advantages/ disadvatages of either set up
I want the best set up that is correct for the 67 K20 which will become a 68 K20 since i have the paperwork etc for the 68

opinions???
