73 350 stock 4 barrel eldibrock performer with a 3 speed on column everything is mechanical hopefully power brakes and steering and might change it to TH 350 so it can be cruiser

I goofed.. I was going to do this as a poll, but what I'm really wondering is what's the most popular 'front end' for squares?

I was going to draw a truck with an 86-87 dual headlight front end, and then a 'round' headlight year... maybe a 76?

i like the 73-74 front ends the best.

Between me my old man and my brother, we have something like 15 squares.

2 73 c20s, 74 c20, 75 k5, 2 76s (c10 and k20), 5 77s (3 c10s, 1 c20, 1 c20 suburban), 78 c10, 79 c20, 84 c20, and an 86k5. I may be bringing home either a 77 or 80 k20 pretty soon, so swap frames with my daily driver 77 c10 since i wanna make it a 4x4. And yes, everything but the 75+76 k5s are in running and driving condition more or less.

I like 79 the best. (But I might be a little bit biased because thats what I own). I just like all the bright trim on the front. And it's the last year of the round headlights.

Yo! Let me see,...most of it is 1978, but a significant portion of it is 1973. And it has a whole bunch of brand new stuff too!
I do like the 1978 aftermarket grill though:

mine is a 85 gmc, the one i'm giving my son (maybe) is a 78 gmc, all chrome front end on that one looks sharp too. so obviously i can't decide!
