new to the board!
hello,
first off my first truck was 1972 k10 cheyenne, long bed with a 350/350 combo, loved that truck, but was a stupid young kid and sold it..... secondly, i am new to the board and was wondering if anyone on here had any info on how to track some of the scott built crew cab conversions? i think these trucks would be a great basis for an awesome project and eventual daily driver. if i can find one i would like to repower wit a duramax and 3/4 ton running gear, and some body mods to make the doors a little more tolerable. basically a 67-72 chevy mega cab. if anyone has any info on where to look for these rare trucks please reply to this or send me a message!! tim p.s this is great resource! |

I'm not going to be much help in what you're looking for but I wanted to say "welcome" anyway. What part of Sac are you in?

.. from the Corn State... There are some good threads on here about them. http://cincinnati.craigslist.org/cto/994670526.html http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...highlight=crew http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...highlight=crew http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...highlight=crew http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...highlight=crew That ought to keep you busy for a while. Some of them are home built instead of Scotts. LockDoc

Re: new to the board!
Hey and WELCOME to one of the greatest places on earth. I've seen a few of those crew cab trucks, I think there may be one in the for sale section on this site. Sounds like a sweet idea, Good Luck!
