I got it at a local Halloween store one year. It also glows in the dark so its cool at night as well.

thats not a hoe thats a blazer, the tahoes came later in the 90's

It's my personal 1997 Tahoe, went with the GMC grille but going back to a Chevy one most likely. It is a traditional bodydrop(for room with an suv body underneath) on 22's. I will post up some more pics when I modify the body some more and change things up a bit.
