68 power assist steering update

What parts do I need to get rid of this crap and upgrade to newer P/S. I put a new box on it and it still all over the road.

Re: 68 power assist steering update

are the tires pointed in the same direction?
Are the tie rods in good shape?
How about the pitman and idler arms?
the power steering systems on these are nice set ups, and if everything is in good shape, it'll steer like a fairly modorn vehicle. It won't be as tight as a new rack and pinion equipped car, but close enough, and nothing resembling "all over the road".

Re: 68 power assist steering update

Everything is new from CPP and a new box. The wheel does have a lot of slack. Is that the box?
