Need some non-tilt help
Well, the lower bearing in my steering column finally fell apart yesterday. Does anybody have the part number for this bearing? A diagram maybe? I looked in FAQ's but there is only tilt stuff there.

Re: Need some non-tilt help
There is a full diagramn in the assembly manual for your year of truck. I don't have one, so I can't scan the page for you, but I am sure someone will.
I am posting just to recommend that you get the assembly manual. It is VERY helpful.

Re: Need some non-tilt help
Yeah, I've been meaning to get a manual. Just got off the phone with the only half way decent parts place in town, and they couldn't find anything for me.

Re: Need some non-tilt help
Here is a link to a service manual. This one is sold, but just wanted to link so you knew what I was talking about. Especially since I called it an assembly manual. The book is VERY helpful.

Re: Need some non-tilt help
Thanks guys. I just got off the phone with Wes at Classic Heartbeat, and the bearings are in the mail.
