95 impala rear brakes?

Has anyone swapped out a impala or caprice rear brake set up to get rear disc brakes? I was thinking about it cuz now you can get theat stuff pretty cheap. thanks we are only talking about 94-96 with the 5x5 lug pattern

Alot of guys do it. We have a Board member here that
makes the brackets. (Glock somthing) I just opted for
a whole kit. Try searching the forum that info is here.
