GMC grill on a chevy truck

Can i switch the grill on my truck to a GMC grill? I already have the radiator support from a GMC and grill. Are they interchangeable? Will i need to change the fenders on my chevy also or does the grill fit with chevy fenders?

I'll assume you are working on a 1970 chevy?
If this is true, you'll need the GMC fenders, or some 1968 chevy fenders to make it work. You may want a GMC hood too to get rid of the chevy bow tie on it.

Re: GMC grill on a chevy truck

If you are switching from Chevy to GMC, you shouldn't have too much of a problem finding GMC parts, as it is common for GMC owners to switch to Chevy parts. Guess it always in the eye of the beholder, as most folks like the Chevy front clips over the GMC front.
Maybe you can find a GMC owner, that would swap front end clip with you?

Re: GMC grill on a chevy truck

I always wanted to put a 68 GMC hood on a 68 Chevy and then put a GMC grille on a 69 or 70 Chevy
