How about these parts?
Kevin,
I was disassembling a cab this past weekend and kept thinking "here's another part that needs powdercoated". Can you give me your opinion on the following parts and if it would hold up well or not? Parking brake assembly, brake pedal assembly, gas pedal assembly, door striker plate, door hinges, and door latch? How about masking off the faceplate of the ash tray and powder coating just the area behind the faceplate? Your thoughts on this would be great! |

Re: More recent powdercoating pics...
I've decided to not get into the high temp powdercoating. It seems that somewhere between 90 and 95 percent of the guys using the stuff have had durability problems. I'm sticking with regular (up to 450 degree) stuff so I know it will last for the long haul.
