Is this windwing fixable?
The post broke off the bottom of my windwing and I wanted to try to repair it - I have some nice whole wind wings from a '70 I can use for the rest of the assembly, but '67's are unique for the handle and frame, and I wanted to stay year correct if possible. Can this be welded?

I think I would try to find a good used one. It could be welded but it would burn the chrome off of it. If that doesn't bother you any competent welder should be able to do it. LockDoc
