Re: Another Crewcab build

Re: Another Crewcab build
Dam'd ADD... fired up the race car a couple weekends ago.
Then I got carried away with a new suspension for the Corvair. (At least the last ones are sitting on the suburban roof for the pickup. And a set of 11-1/2" Corvette Disk Brakes to replace the 10-1/2" Camaro Brakes on it now. Just dropped all the suspension parts off at the powder coaters this morning, and won't get them back for a week and a half, Race car is at the shop, so... its time to get back to the pickup. Eric |

Re: Another Crewcab build
Since I'm not updating it, at least someone else is .
I got a little done this weekend. Started working on the passenger side door jamb. Picked up some 14ga steel for the floor. Now I gotta go down to the shop at lunch and shear it to size. |

Re: Another Crewcab build
It's one big floor Figured since it was all flat and I didn't have to do much forming, might as well make it heavy.

Re: Another Crewcab build
It's been a busy summer.
I had a little incident with a wall. Turns out concrete is fairly sturdy stuff. Aluminum & steel - not so much. I even got a new intake. I'm starting to make room in the shop for it again. This winter the trucks back on the front burner. I gotta get it done so I can have a good car hauler. Frizzle Fry are you going to Salem Sunday? I'm taking the Corvair, its the last chance for me to run over some cones this summer. Eric |

He's got the BBW cab there now so someone else needs to shame him into finishing the project now.
