Side Reflectors
I just got a '69 GMC 910 from my uncle, 5 more day till i'm back home and working on her
Had a question with the side reflectors on trucks of these years, are they required to make the truck legal? I'm not a fan of them and want to get rid of them and fill in the space. And on another note about me, in five days I will be a Welding Engineering Technologist (assuming I pass the last few exams) and will be working in a welding shop, so if you have any welding questions feel free to ask. |

Re: Side Reflectors
technicly, yes they are (by US specs, i assume yours are pretty much the same)
However, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone (non gear head person) who knows the cut off year. You could always fill them in, and if someone makes you reverse it, use the small round lights off a 68 cornet, they are much better looking lights. |
