Simple heater box installation question....
Pretty straight forward. 2 years ago i removed my heater box and inside cab heater box. Now im putting it all back together, is there a procedure on which side you install first? Do you normally put the outside box with the heater core on first, then install the inside box, or vice versa?
Its been son long i just forgot basically. ahaha |

Re: Simple heater box installation question....
The inside box has mounting studs on it so I install it first as the mounting studs go through the flange on the outside box. You could probably go either way but I find it easier to mount the outside box over the protruding studs after the inside box is mounted.

Re: Simple heater box installation question....
b4 installing the heater box it's a good idea to look inside it and move the lever to make sure the flapper works //it's a real common problem with these trucks that the flapper fails to flap
