IMO, full length exhaust looks best coming straight out the back, with two 3-1/2" chrome tips. Full lenghts exhaust sounds best coming out at an angle either infront or behind the tires, with the same chrome tips.
But i personally prefer having the exhaust just end underneat the bed. I am running 2-1/2" pipes, headers, and Delta Flow 40 series Flowmasters that end above and infront of my rear axle. Makes my almost stock 8.5:1 compression 350 sound alot meaner than it really is. It is pretty deep and throaty. BTW, stacks would look bad a$$ on a flatbed!
