Welcome from your state, Washington! That is one sweet truck. I hope mine will look that good after 27 years. I'm also wondering about the seats. Are they custom made?

Re: New member truck pics
Very nice truck indeed. Those seats look just like some that I picked up at a swap meet. Aftermarket for sure, several different companies offer them.

Re: New member truck pics
Thanks for compliments guys. To answer a few questions, The fuel lines were made up by me, to get what I wanted I had to do it myself, you know how it is.
The seats are aftermarket not out of any production rig. I had to make the seat base frame. Again thank you for the good words |

Re: New member truck pics
Great looking truck!
I am also somewhat a newbie to this particular forum ... and have a quick question for you. What can you tell me about your motor mounts? I just bought a C20 with a 454 stuffed between the frame rails and the headers look to be very similar to what you are running. However, the motor mounts I have are chopped to sh!t to clearance the headers...they top of the mount sits on top of the frame rail. In your pics, it looks like your motor mounts are attached to the bottom side of the rail. Any info you could provide would be awesome! |

Re: New member truck pics
The motor mounts were modified by me to clear the headers. I cut the mount as needed and used flat bar to make up the top frame rail mount and to attach to the remaining stock mount. I also had to trim the upper frame rail for header clearance. A lot of measure and cut to fit.
