Squeaky Pig drivin me crazy now

Prior to buying my truck, it sat outside in the elements/dirt/heat for 7 long years. It ran good when I first started driving it, but almost like everything else I've had to EVENTUALLY REPLACE due to rust from sitting.. after the recent rains I've noticed now that since it has gotten wet underneath the truck has turned into a noisy POS. I mean it squeaks like crazy. Some of it front end.. some of it rear. What parts can be replaced to get rid of this noise. I have never heard this til now. I'm thinking after it being driven in the rain.. and now dry again, all the suspension parts are...

I mean this thing squeaks even at a slow rolling stop. It's kind of annoying and embarrasing now because you hear it before you see it. I'm not sure what parts need to be changed, but something. Could it be the shocks. They are new, but maybe they need some oil?? Don't know.

Sounds as if the brakes are squeaking too. Will it do this is the drums are thin with new lining. I was told I needed new drums a while back. I say this because I sometimes hear this squeek (maybe all the time) from the wheels/brakes??

I would start with the brakes. There really isn't to many other parts that could cause a constant loud squeak.

There are over a dozen and a half grease points under there. I'd get my grease gun and go to town on them.

If it squeaks at slow speeds it may well be a wheel bearing. Jack up one wheel at a time and spin it and you should be able to hear the bearings.

Yeah could be this too. How much are bearings. All of my moving parts needed to be changed already as most of them either broke during operation or broke while changing the part. My truck does not have rust on it.. but the parts rusted from setting up so long.

I swear though, it sounds like the drums are squeaking. I have new pads in front.. but I was already told I needed drums, I am wondering if it's a thin drum squeak. Nonetheless, it's driving me crazy. My neighbors come out/look when I come home. It's embarrasing.

As I mentioned, I bought the truck when it was dry. Now that it rained, and I drove it in the rain for a few months, things could just be a little dry after the rain has ceased. I will grease stuff to see what happens.
