Could this be the original muffler?
I was just about to toss this in the dumpster with the rest of my old exhaust system when I noticed it a GM part number. I thought no way it could be original, but who would buy a replacement muffler from GM for a run-of-the-mill old Panel truck?
Sure would be cool if it was, I guess.

Don't know?
Any chance 11-91 is November 1991?
