Weatherstrip Kits ?

Need to buy a weatherstrip kit for my 70 resto...and not sure what brands are best or where to get it...

I'm looking for a good quality kit....I know "Soffseal" is usually a decent product....but I do not see our trucks listed on their site.

I did find a "Super Weatherstrip Kit" @ Southeren Kentucky Classics which includes every piece needed for the entire truck.....But I'm not sure if the quality is any good....They want $199 for the kit....

Any insight on this subject would be really appreciated...
Dan

Btw, I tried to search for old posts with the search function but for some reason it wouldn't give me any results for the word weatherstrip or weatherstripping ??

Re: Weatherstrip Kits ?

I got my window scrapers from Classic Heartbeat. Excellent quality. I got press on style door seals from GMC Paul's. There nice cause you don't need glue to install them. Again excellent quality, though it takes a couple of months for them to break in.

steele rubber has the highest quality of any of the manufacturers. they are expensive, but well worth the price for the quality.
