I was going to ask how gas was up there. Well, that sucks. I'm heading to Flagstaff this weekend in the '70. That's a solid 500mi of driving...

dang, looks like us Californians are getting ripped again! If I didn't love it here so much I would think about moving to another state.....
I think its because of the mbte (?) they add to the gas to cut down on air pollution, which is extremely stupid because it causes water pollution instead!
Down with Grey Davis!!!
(I know it isn't his fault, but what the heck~!)

p.s. support the troops!

Yup, Californian's are getting bent over hard. This morning our state goverment oversight looking into price fixing stated "there is no evidence of price fixing". What he doesn't tell Californian's is that there are four gas companies that control the market. They keep minimal supply so that any increase in demand or oil price flux allows them to raise prices without being charged for price fixing. Those four companies basicly have our jingles b's and squeeze them at least four times a year. Very predictable. The war just gives them more justification to squeeze harder.

It almost makes Enron look like a Saint to California.

$2.33 for 91, $2.09 for 87 here in Southern California, so I'm back to using 87 for now. Then again, when you have 20 gallons in the truck and 22 gallons in the car, what's a 3 or 4 dollar difference when you fill up? California gas prices can eat my @$$.
