Score!!!

I went to the u pull it yard today and went home with a smooth rear bumper for $20!!

It has a couple of minor dings but it's going to look MUCH better than my ugly step bumper!!!

A cool early b-day to me present since my b-day is on Saturday

I go to Action U-Pull it on Vilas road. But hurry or call first, cuz our trucks get picked through really quickly.

Talk to Keith, he works there and also sells parts online and from what I understand, he might have some parts for our trucks that aren't at the yard.

They're pretty cool guys and the main Action yard next door has a lot of good stuff but a little spendier cuz it's not self-serve.

Well, um....add a 9 to that first guess and...well you can figure it out....

That's ok....I keep reminding myself that next year my best friend and I are going to Cancun to celebrate the big 3 - 0 and maybe that will make it go over better!!!

Happy Birthday Heather. :p

And I too find it quite annoying that our trucks get picked over at the salvage yards so quickly. The local yard gets quite a few trucks in (Because the guy calls me every time he gets one..) but within a day or two they have been stripped down to pretty much nothing.

Eh well, a small downside to owning such a kick-ass truck.

Jeff

Wow, clean 4x4. You ever use it?

EDIT: Nevermind, I just looked through the gallery. Still too clean though.

Hey all!

Thanks for the b-day wishes!!

MSL: Yes, that's a recent pic. That was just taken in November...my family is cursed with young looks. My mom is 50 and looks no older than 40, my dad is the same way. I guess if you have to be cursed with something.....

Bob: You can check out my truck gallery on www.digitalcampground.com/chvchk to see if you can see a good pic of the step bumper. If you like it, shoot me an e-mail and we can work something out. If you need another pic, let me know and I can go shoot one for you.

Dave: Of course I get good deals on all my parts, that's why it's so fun to be a girl with a kickass truck
Oh and did I mention that at the U-Pull it yard, the guys pulled the bumper off for me? Yeah, it's good to be a girl

There were only 2 of our year trucks there. They both came in over the weekend and by Monday they were pretty much stripped. I called down Monday to see if they had a couple of parts and they did so I skipped class to get down there before they were gone. I think it's hard to come across our trucks anywhere you go.

84Stepper: I sent an e-mail out to everyone that had e-mailed me a request. Did you get one?
Basically, I now have a set that I'm making sure everything lines up on before I say we're good. Send me an e-mail to heather@digitalcampground.com and I'll forward you what I sent out. But it probably won't be until Tuesday. My internet went down at my house so I'm having to get online at school.
