I have a GMC fender on my burb with the 68 chevy grill. (its the green fender)
The P/N for a 68 chevy fender, is the same as a 68 - 72 GMC. |

hmm, still a little confused. i understand that the GMC fenders work with the older grill becasue the fronts of te fenders match. so can i use 72 GMC fenders with a 67 hood and grill and rad support??

Some people have used the 68-72 GMC fenders with the 67-68 Chevrolet grills.
Is that what you are trying to do? Or,... are you trying to use a 67-68 GMC grill with your 72 GMC fenders?

Gotta use the 67-68 Chevrolet core support and hood.

Here's an example of the exact swap on this Jimmy. (Now with a Chevrolet grill)

Ok cool. did you have to modify any of the sheet metal? what is the difence between 67 GMC fenders and 68 GMc fenders? is there a diference in the slop of the fenders? Thanks again

Re: 67-68 grill with 69-72 GMC fenders? anyone done it?
67 fenders don't have side marker lights, on either the GMC, or Chevy fenders. As for the hood and rad support. You'll need to get those for the 67-68 chevy. The hood will fit from either a 67-68 GMC or Chevy.
